Serves 1


·         1 banana
·         ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
·         1 dessert spoon chia bran
·         1 dessert spoon of Synergy Super Greens mix (Spirulina, Barley Grass, Wheat Grass & Chlorella)
·         1 teaspoon of fresh ginger
·         1 teaspoon of fresh turmeric
·         1 cup of raw kale leaves
·         2 dessert spoons pea protein
·         1 teaspoon slippery elm
·         200-300ml of filtered water


1.    Chop up your banana & add into your blender with your fresh or frozen blueberries.
2.    Add in all of your dry ingredients.
3.    Tear your kale leaves off the stalk & add into your blender along with the freshly diced turmeric & ginger.
4.    Pour in your filtered water cover & blend until smooth.
5.    Serve in large glass & enjoy.
